Fantastic experience today at Princess Pub and Grille. It's Labor Day weekend, Sunday, in busy downtown San Diego. On a hot and peoply day like this, I didn't expect much from any eating establishment. Just happy to be able to sit down. But this ended being the perfect place for us, all made possible by a delicious bloody mary, really tasty food (we had breakfast burritos, bagels & lots of lox) and the best server I've had in a long time. Victoria made our day with her sunny attitude and attentiveness. Such an absolute sweetheart, the food could have been average and I would still give this place five stars for her warmth and personality alone.
Many thanks for taking care of us, Victoria! We'll be back to see you. :) -

I like this place. It's very chill, relaxed and super easy to get a drink... unless it's during a Liverpool match. Then it's bonkers and nothing makes sense. That's a good thing too. It's a fun place to visit and definitely worth the stop.
As for the food- it's at the better end of "bar food" but it's not my favorite place to eat. I've had the burger before and the fish n chips- which were probably some of the best I've had in town... go Reds! -

This is a solid bar if you accept it for what it is. It's Little Italy's one sporty dive bar.
If you want to watch sports (especially football since they have a ton of TVs), drink beer, eat bar food, and smell interesting smells at a reasonable price - then this is the right place for you.
They also have good wings and chicken strips.
If you want upscale or a great spot to impress a date - look elsewhere. If you want wings, beer, and sports - this is a good dive bar. -

This is a great place to come! Staff are very friendly. The music is good. If you need a break from great Italy food. This English pub is just the place. The price is good for the area. There is a really good selection of food. The drinks are good! The selection of alcoholic beverages are very good. This place always day drinking.

I used to enjoy going to this place, however, lately some of the bartenders and servers are rude, and the owner seems to be a complete idiot. Watching the owner walk around, it is clear the employees run the show and not the owner who is always there. Nope, I will not be returning. Furthermore, I will be sure to inform everyone of my experiences here.
